We are not a “from farm to fork” agricultural concern, nor are we strictly organic, or with a “short distribution chain”.
Instead we conduct our farming business in the only way that we feel is practically possible, with an approach that is based on simplicity and commitment.
We grow crops and rear animals in natural and traditional ways, always safeguarding their health and adhering to the principles of biodiversity.
Our products are seasonal. We have maintained old cultivars (selected plant varieties) of sour cherries, pears, apples, cherries and figs, all of which have the same genuine flavours as the fruit grown and enjoyed by our ancestors who worked in these fields.
In addition to the fruit orchard we have a vegetable garden where we grow healthy and tasty vegetables, so as to ensure that our menus are always seasonal!
Chickens, ducks and rabbits roam free in a large enclosure, while larger animals graze in the fields nearby and are kept in the stables.
